Floor Restoration Under Planned Shutdown — Chemical Processing Facility
During a planned 45-day shutdown, our team completed a turnkey rehabilitation of a pump room floor at a chemical processing facility.
This large-scale project included the complete demolition of the existing concrete floor and drainage trenches, followed by safe removal of all materials. We then proceeded with the full reconstruction of the floor and drainage systems, meeting the highest standards of quality and durability.
To ensure optimal protection against highly corrosive environments, a modified polyurea acid-proof membrane was applied across all surfaces. This solution provides exceptional resistance to chemicals, abrasion, and severe industrial conditions.
Through our expertise and rigorous execution, the project was delivered on schedule — contributing to the reliability and performance of our client's operations.
Retaining Wall Rehabilitation — City of Montréal, Outremont
As part of a mandate for the City of Montréal, our team completed the full rehabilitation of a deteriorated retaining wall in the Outremont borough.
This project presented significant challenges, particularly due to an extremely confined work environment and tight execution deadlines. Despite these constraints, our teams implemented efficient and safe work methods to meet the schedule while maintaining a high level of quality.
The scope of work included:
- Controlled demolition of the existing wall
- Material removal within a restricted space
- Full reconstruction of the retaining wall
- Optimization of methods to minimize impact on the surrounding environment
Through rigorous planning, specialized labor, and proactive site management, the project was successfully delivered — meeting all technical requirements and municipal quality standards
Localized Industrial Tank Rehabilitation — Chemical Processing Facility
We perform localized rehabilitation work on concrete and masonry tanks, quickly and efficiently correcting degraded areas within active industrial facilities.
This targeted approach allows us to intervene only where it matters most — reducing costs, minimizing downtime, and limiting impact on ongoing operations.
The scope of work includes:
- Spot repair of deteriorated concrete
- Localized replacement of damaged acid-proof bricks
- Joint repair in affected areas
- Application of protective membranes on repaired surfaces
With deep expertise in corrosive environments and precise intervention methods, we extend the service life of existing structures without requiring full-scale rehabilitation.
